Total Body Conditioning: An intermediate conditioning class for all ages.
Yoga: Strengthen the body and calm the mind through as you move through a series of yoga poses.
Forever Young: Entry level aerobics class involving light weights and a comfortable activity level.
Core and Glutes: Class with movements geared specifically towards tightening and toning the butt and abs.
Turbo Kick: Fast paced and fun kickboxing class. High energy cardio kickboxing.
45 & Better: A moderate aerobics/light weightlifting class geared towards people older than 45.
